All miniatures are printed on-demand after you approve your concept art. Production time is 3–5 business days before shipping, which includes:

Free Shipping Threshold

Orders over $50 USD qualify for free standard shipping within the United States. International orders over $75 receive a $5 discount on shipping.

Digital Downloads

STL and GLB files are available immediately after generation and approval — no shipping required. Download links remain active for 30 days and can be accessed from your My Creations page.

Packaging

Every miniature is carefully packed in custom foam-lined boxes to prevent damage during transit. Multi-piece orders include individual compartments for each miniature.

Returns & Refunds

Because every miniature is custom-printed on demand, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if your miniature arrives damaged or the print quality is unsatisfactory, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we'll either reprint or refund at no cost.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact our support team. We'll file a claim with the carrier and either reship or refund your order within 5 business days.

Can I combine digital and physical orders? ▼

Yes! You'll receive your digital files immediately and your physical prints will ship after the production period.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses? ▼

Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and military addresses via USPS. Priority shipping is available for APO/FPO at standard rates.

What resin material do you use? ▼

We use premium ABS-like resin on Elegoo and Phrozen printers at 50μm (0.05mm) layer height for exceptional surface detail. All prints are UV-cured for durability.

Can I request expedited production? ▼

Rush production (1–2 days) is available for an additional $10 fee. Contact support after placing your order to request rush processing.
